In the morning, we focus on the theoretical concept, illustrated with a simple example. After lunch, we discuss in more detail the topics of standard costing, account determination and cost and profit carriers (the 3 fundamentals upon which the concept is based), as well as the method for implementation of "P&L by Destination".
